For an entity to be considered as a state, the fundamental conditions must be met: except

• A.Power, prestige, integrity and territory
• B.Geographical locations, power, sovereignty and integrity
• C.Territorial base, geographically defined boundary, population and recognized diplomatically by other states
• D.Territory, boundary, population and power
